Welcome to Practice Voice. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Practice Voice platform operated by Practice Voice ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our platform.
Practice Voice is designed for licensed mental health professionals in private practice. By using the Platform, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and that you hold valid professional credentials to provide mental health services in your jurisdiction.
Practice Voice is an AI-powered website builder that helps mental health professionals create, customize, and publish professional practice websites. Our services include:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete professional information during onboarding and to keep it up to date. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Free trial. New accounts receive a 30-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start a trial.
Paid subscription. After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription at $49 per month. Subscription payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal. After cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Expired accounts. If your trial or subscription expires, your Website will be unpublished and AI content generation will be disabled. You will retain access to your account and can edit existing content. Subscribing will restore full functionality.
Price changes. We may change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Content generated by our AI tools is provided as a starting point. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before publishing. You must ensure that all published content is accurate, truthful, and compliant with applicable professional standards, licensing regulations, and advertising rules in your jurisdiction.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content. AI output may contain errors and should not be relied upon without your professional review.
